Will Roland has been racing since 2008. He began racing in Quarter Midgets at the age of 6. He picked up the first win of his career in 2009 in the Junior Novice Division. Over the next few years he quickly exceled in Quarter Midget competition, picking up over 100 victories as well as two Brickyard wins, multiple track records and six championships.
By the age of 11 he was on the move to full-sized cars. He picked up a pair of Crate Late Model wins in 2015 at Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia).
The 2016 season found him competing in the Crate Late Model division once again. In October 2016 he made his debut in a Super Late Model with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia), where he qualified in the top half of the field before ultimatley missing the feature by just three spots. He went on to qualify for Super Late Model special events at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) and Boyd's Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia).
The 2017 season saw Will Roland compete in a total of 26 events while visiting victory lane three times. With the weather determining the outcome of seven of his scheduled dates, Roland collected 14 Top-10 outings and 10 Top-5 finishes.
Traveling to a total of 27 events during the 2018 season, Will Roland captured one win aboard his Roland Tire #22 Bojangles/ Longhorn Chassis Crate Late Model. Losing nine of his scheduled dates to bad weather, Roland recorded 11 Top-10 outings and nine Top-5 finishes.
Will Roland competed in a total of 21 events during the 2019 season behind the wheel of his Roland Tire No. 22 Longhorn Chassis Late Model. With Mother Nature wiping out six of his scheduled dates, Roland tallied three Top-5 finishes and eight Top-10 outings.
In a year that saw several races cancelled by the Covid-19 pandemic, Will Roland attended a total of 22 events in 2020 behind the wheel of his Mountain Ridge Realty No. 22 Late Model. He recorded two wins, eight Top-5 finishes, and 13 Top-10 performances.
The 2021 season found Will collecting one win in 14 starts with the victory coming at North Georgia Speedway. He added six Top-10 finishes.
