Roland Lands 11th Place Finish in DirtonDirt Shootout at Senoia

With the promoters and track officials mandating several precautionary measures to hold the event during the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, Will Roland invaded Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Ga.) on Thursday night powering his Mountain Ridge Realty No. 22 Late Model for the DirtonDirt.com Shootout. In a stout field of 43 cars, Roland came in sixth fastest in his time trial group before picking up a 10-lap heat race victory. After taking Friday night off, Will headed to Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Ga.) on Saturday competing in a field of 19 Late Models. Laying down the third fastest lap overall in time trials, Roland locked into the third-starting position for the main event. Improving one spot, Will Roland notched a runner-up finish behind Jordan Rodabaugh with Justin Litchford, Robby Mason, and Sam Seawright rounding out the Top-5 finishers.
