Will Roland scores a pair of ninth-place finishes

On Friday afternoon Will Roland was one of 34 Southern All Star Series entries on hand at Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Ga.) for the Mother’s Day Showdown. Earning the 12th-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main preliminary events, Roland jumped up three spots in the 50-lapper to register a ninth-place finish.

The following night at North Georgia Speedway (Chatsworth, Ga.), Will reeled in his second Top-10 finish of the weekend by placing ninth in the 25-lap feature.
