Splitting the 66-car field into three groups, Will locked into the fourth-starting position for his Chasing the Dream prelim via his time trial effort. Losing one spot in the 20-lap affair, Roland recorded a fifth-place finish, which came behind Ryan Gustin, Garrett Alberson, Stormy Scott, and Austin Kirkpatrick.
On Thursday, Roland faded back to finish 10th in his heat, relegating him into the B-Main. Needing to place fifth or better to make his preliminary feature, Will logged a ninth-place outing.
For Friday's preliminary night, Will fell short of a transfer position in his heat race and B-Main, ending his evening early.
To wrap up the 52nd annual World 100 weekend on Saturday, Roland came in 12th in his heat, leaving him one last shot into the $55,000-to-win finale with a B-Main appearance. Slated to start on the 11th row, Will was a scratch from his 15-lap consolation event.
