Roland places eighth in North Georgia Speedway Season Opener
Will Roland stayed close to home this weekend and competed at North Georgia Speedway (Chatsworth, Ga.) in the weekly Super Late Model division for the track's season opener.
With 26 entries signed in, Roland qualified sixth-fastest which earned him a third-row starting spot in the 30-lap main event. For the $2,000 top prize, Roland lost two spots to record an eighth-place finish.
