Roland makes Cherokee Speedway debut with XR Workin' Man Series
Will Roland made his first start at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Thursday afternoon with the XR Workin' Man Series for the Throwback 50.
With 33 Late Models in the pit area, Roland qualified fifth-quickest before finishing third in his heat race. Rolling off 10th in the $10,000-to-win main event, Will was caught up in a mid-race incident and recorded a 16th-place finish.
