By the age of 11 he was on the move to full-sized cars. He picked up a pair of Crate Late Model wins in 2015 at Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia).

The 2016 season found him competing in the Crate Late Model division once again. In October 2016 he made his debut in a Super Late Model with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia), where he qualified in the top half of the field before ultimatley missing the feature by just three spots. He went on to qualify for Super Late Model special events at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) and Boyd's Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia).

The 2017 season saw Will Roland compete in a total of 26 events while visiting victory lane three times. With the weather determining the outcome of seven of his scheduled dates, Roland collected 14 Top-10 outings and 10 Top-5 finishes.

Traveling to a total of 27 events during the 2018 season, Will Roland captured one win aboard his Roland Tire #22 Bojangles/ Longhorn Chassis Crate Late Model. Losing nine of his scheduled dates to bad weather, Roland recorded 11 Top-10 outings and nine Top-5 finishes.
